Fancy Team Harness. Will fit 13 hand ponies. All brass fittings. The leather is in superb shape for a harness this age. My Amish harness man called it “English harness” and thinks it was the front set for a 4 up. Quite a lovely and unusual set. Pony Pair Reins, splint boots, and Blanket - I have some pony pair reins for sale. They are 3/4" russet (new orange color), 14 1/4 feet from bit to end buckle.
